Enjoy a vacation and an experience at the ranch house! This newly remodeled home is nestled on 5 acres backed by open hills of untouched land. A natural place for gathering, enjoying the great outdoors or the views from inside.
Get a slice of ranch life without the work! Our favorite local is the ranch hand for our horses, goats and chickens on the property.

The ranch house gives a cozy atmosphere for groups to gather while the property offers the fun.
The inside features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace and downstairs it dons a large room for movies, foosball or games and includes TVs in all the rooms.
The ranch house has a great set up for boating crews that want quick access to the lake, an outdoor shower to rinse off and a hot tub to soak in. When not at the lake, there are two pickleball courts (that doubles as a half court) to enjoy, a small treehouse/sandbox, plenty of outdoor seating, a BBQ, hammocks with views, hot tub, room to play and the animals to enjoy from afar.
It comfortably sleeps up to 16 people. There are two rooms with a single King bed, one room with a bunk bed, one room with a queen murphy bed & sitting area, one room with a king and a bunk bed and the last with a king, two bunk beds great for a family or kids. One of the bathrooms has separate shower/tub and toilet rooms that gives it more functionality. There is a full laundry/mudroom off of the garage which offers additional play area with a ping pong table, stationary bike, picnic table, minifridge, views and a hammock.
This hidden gem is minutes from Deer Creek reservoir, Sundance, Provo Canyon and downtown Midway. Skiing, boating, fishing, rafting, tubing, theater, hunting and shopping are all easily accessible.
